Processing Time

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

After Your Refund

Once your refund is processed, your access to the refunded product(s) will be revoked. If you purchased a bundle, only the specific products you request a refund for will be removed from your account.

Exceptions

Partial Refunds
